The Gray Transformation Journey is a customized three-session experience designed to gradually transition previously colored hair into a softer, dimensional blend that works with your natural gray instead of constantly covering it.

This isn't traditional highlighting, and it isn't simply “growing out your gray.” It's detailed corrective and dimensional color work designed around your unique pattern of gray, previous color history, hair condition and long-term goals.

Your Transformation

Session One — RESET

Approximately 4 hours

We begin by cleaning up the existing canvas.

Depending on your starting point, this may include breaking apart old artificial color, softening lines of demarcation, correcting unwanted warmth or banding, and beginning the process of reconnecting your colored lengths with your natural gray.

This session creates the foundation for everything that follows.

Session Two — TRANSFORM

Approximately 5 hours

This is where the magic really starts coming together.

Using customized highlighting, lowlighting, color removal, tonal work and other techniques as needed, we'll create dimension that intentionally incorporates your natural gray rather than trying to hide it.

This is typically the most detailed appointment of the journey.

Session Three — REFINE

Approximately 3 hours

Now we fine-tune.

We'll evaluate how your color has settled and grown in, refine remaining areas, perfect tone and dimension, and create a result designed to transition beautifully into a much simpler maintenance routine.

Your Journey

Your Gray Transformation Journey includes all three customized transformation sessions and approximately 12 hours of reserved specialist appointment time.

All color techniques performed within your scheduled sessions are included, along with a haircut, moisture lock treament and a finished style at every appointment.

You'll also receive customized take-home haircare selected to support your new color, plus one complimentary Express Glaze/Toner to use after your transformation whenever your color needs a little refresh.

A Different Way to Go Gray

Gray blending transformations are a process, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

Some guests begin with years of dark permanent color. Others have lighter color, highlights or only a small amount of artificial pigment remaining. Hair integrity, color history, length, density and your individual gray pattern all affect what's safely achievable.

For that reason, your three sessions are customized to your hair.

The goal isn't to force your hair into a predetermined result in a single marathon appointment. It's to make the most beautiful, healthy transition possible while progressively moving you toward a softer relationship with your natural gray.

For particularly complex starting canvases, additional work beyond the three-session Journey may occasionally be recommended. We'll discuss that possibility before your transformation begins whenever it can reasonably be anticipated. This is usually not necessary.

• Gray smoothing treatment to help moisturize and soften the cuticle on those stubborn, wiry gray hairs so they lay down better (done at appointment 3)

Your gray blending full transformation may be paid for in full or via payment plan with a $300 deposit due at the time scheduling. Deposit is applied to the final price.

Gray Root Softening

$250 • approximately 1.5–2.5 hours

For you if: You’re still comfortable having some color at your roots, but you’re tired of the harsh line that appears as your natural gray grows in.

Gray Root Softening creates a softer, more forgiving transition between your natural gray and your existing color. Instead of completely covering every gray hair, I use a customized demi-permanent root formula designed to work with your gray, along with a light sprinkle of strategically placed babylights when needed. A customized toner or glaze brings everything together for a soft, natural finish.

Includes a haircut or moisture treatment and finished style.

This is a great fit when:

- Your primary concern is a harsh or obvious root grow-out

- You want softer coverage rather than completely covering your gray

- You’d like to stretch the time between noticeable root touch-ups

- You’re generally happy with the color through your lengths

Gray Blend Refresh

$295 • approximately 2-3 hours

For you if: You already have an established dimensional gray blend and it simply needs some strategic maintenance.

Gray blending shouldn't mean recreating your entire color at every appointment. During a Refresh, I evaluate how your natural gray has grown in and place color only where it's actually needed.

That may include touching up select highlights around the face or part, adding strategic lowlights where depth has been lost, and using a customized deep glaze or toner to rebalance tone, shine and dimension.

Includes a haircut or moisture treatment and finished style.

This is a great fit when:

- You already have an established gray blend or have grown gray out more than 50%

- Your grow-out is still soft, but your color needs refreshing

- A few areas need brightness or depth

- Your tone has become dull, warm or faded

- You want to maintain your blend without repeating a full color service

Signature Gray Blend

$300-350 • approximately 2.5-3.5 hours

For you if: You want to begin blending your natural gray throughout your hair and your existing color provides a workable starting point.

This is my signature dimensional gray-blending service. Rather than covering your gray, I study its natural pattern and use customized highlighting, lowlighting and tonal work to connect your existing color to the gray that's already growing in.

The goal here isn't to make every hair one color. It's to create intentional dimension so your natural gray looks like part of the design—and your grow-out becomes dramatically softer.

Includes customized highlighting and/or lowlighting, toner or glaze, haircut or moisture treatment and finished style.

This is a great fit when:

- You want to work with your natural gray instead of covering it

- You want a softer, more dimensional grow-out

- Your existing color is already reasonably compatible with where you want to go

- You want to establish a gray blend that can later be maintained with smaller Refresh appointments

Signature Gray Blending does not include significant removal or correction of existing artificial color. If your current color must first be removed, substantially lightened or corrected in order to blend with your natural gray, you'll be better served by my Gray Transformation Journey.
